A 4-month internship to learn the basics of Java programming and to develop and launch an internal time management program.

Intensive retraining program to become a junior developer, with main focus on Java. At the end of the projects 6 weeks classroom course we built a 3-layer working web application in pairs. After the classroom training an 8 week long internship was expected to gain more hands-on experience.

Driving changes in Baltic organisation of 4000 FTEs. Within 6 years I supported top Baltic managers in all banking areas with different issues management - from strategic planning to redesigning a business process to finding root causes and ways to fix complex pain points. -> In one of the largest IT platform change projects I was responsible developing a way how to handle all business changes - i.e. how to map the changes, manage risks, train employees and inform customers etc

Responsible for ensuring transparent and open internal dialogue in a post-crises organisation with over 1000 employees. Project manager for achieving a Guinness World Record and for organising a full day all employees strategy event. Building a cross-Baltic internal communication culture with team members from all three countries. -> Estonian transition to euro meant large scale IT operation for all companies, especially banks. My role was to plan in advance and ensure from the "war room" that information about the operations progress reached all audiences and that it was in a language understandable to all.

Ensuring the goals and results of Estonian Presidency were transparent and known to wider public.

Ensuring transparent communication during Estonias worst economic downturn to date. My areas of communication were of state budget, major budget cuts in vital areas, tax changes and Estonias aspiration to join eurozone. Training journalists and colleagues in other government institutions in understanding the principles of government sector budgeting.

Responsible for smooth internal information flow, including having intranet and internet channels up-to-date. Responsible for PR in times of crises, updating the appearance of brand materials.
