Propose strategies for optimizing rail transport of ore between the mine and the port. (Gabon) -Simulation Conceptual representation -Construction of model structure -Data collection, sorting, cleaning, analysis, and creation of distribution laws by on-site experts. -Validation of model results against the current situation -Generation of output results on key KPIs and OEE to be visualized in Power Bi -Raising awareness of different equipment and tariffs - Improved knowledge of port activities and different operating modes.3. Prepare a standardized Power BI dashboard to analyze the results of the FlexSim simulation tool easily. -Prepare an Excel file with the raw data to be collected from a model using Excel VBA. -Create a dynamic Power BI dashboard model to visualize the various components of the OEE.Added Value4.
