- Responsible for integration of new projects, from quotation to launch,- Planning, procurement and commissioning of equipment,- Define specifications for processes and equipment,- Leading multidisciplinary team and assign specific tasks accordingly,- Arrange the intercommunication between development team and production team,- Plan needed resources in order to have a successful launch of the project,- Manufacturing concept planning,- Budget planning,- Project timing management,- Planning and realization of production and testing processes for existing and new products,- Process analysis and optimization considering technical requirement and Lean principle,- Capacity planning and scheduling,- Risk management based on PFMEA,- Create manufacturing layouts.

Responsible of BCM area (Body Control Module):- Develop manufacturing estimations for new products,- Coordinate the project team,- Define manufacturing steps based on product design,- Define required investment based on manufacturing concept,- Cross check equipment availability when defining required investment,- Define required headcount based on the manufacturing concept,- Create product quotation based on the manufacturing estimation,- Drive the safe launch of the new products by coordinating the project team, respecting the defined milestones and the financial requirement,- Create CAPEX budget,- Create maintenance plan and documentation,- Maintain/improve the product profitability throughout products lifetime, until EOP,- Capacity studies,- Manage product modification (ECM),- Propose technical improvement activities,- Monitoring/improving of projects specific KPIs.

- Ensure the introduction of a new product/process in production,- Train the operators when a new product is launched into production,- Process quotations,- Create and update PFMEA,- Order the needed equipment for a new product or for the process improvement,- Define the assembly process and prepare the working instruction,- Continuous optimization of the manual assembly process (time, quality, costs),- Implementation of change required by customer,- Tools and equipment validation (IQ OQ PQ),- DFMA activities and reports,- Certificate to work in cleanroom LEVEL 8.

- Appling of Lean Manufacturing concept,- SAP administrator (BoM, Routing, Production version),- Tools design used for manufacturing of products,- Ensure the transfer and introduction of new projects in the plant,- Line balancing and optimization of the processes,- Prepare documentation for the manufacturing of the products (work instructions and visual aids for the operators),- Prepare work instruction for the equipment`s,- Prepare maintenance plan and documentation for equipment’s and tools,- Implementation of changes required by the customer,- DFMA activities and reports,- Part of continuous improvement and problem solving team in the plant,- Improve profitability of the products,- Prepare and maintain update the PFMEA,
