Within the organisation of 75 employees. This role spanned over two companies in the insurance industry which pride themselves on being innovative in their market facing strategies. Broad and Dynamic, it gave me the opportunity to develop my skills. The role involved heavy interaction with senior level management.

I took on this role during university as an administration assistant then engaged in technical training to join an underwriting team within the firm. Responsible for a majority of the team's underwriting processes, Online underwriting and development of future business. Proving diversity, formulated and carried out Brooklyn's successful NEXT program, an initiative aimed at bringing together the young professionals of the insurance industry on a national scale - NEXT has engaged upwards of 250 YP's. Events held in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth on an Annual cycle. The initiative helped Brooklyn achieve its ANZIIF Underwriting Agency of they year award in 2012.

Alumni coach over three seasons. A very rewarding and enjoyable role with responsibilities like managing team affairs, relating with team members, on field skills coaching and training. This also involved reporting back to MIC of Football at the College and assisting in future development of alumni coaching at the College.
