WoodLab Innovation aims to re-purposing waste materials through creative upcycling products in scale . We believe that we can redefine what is “waste” through converting conventional unwanted products into resources for our everyday lives.As the co founder of WoodLab Innovation, I manage our own cat litter brand O2 Soya Cat Litter, a cat litter made locally with soya waste we collect local tofu factory. I am responsible from collecting soya waste, making cat litter with soya waste, sale & marketing and customer service. I have also help WoodLab to be successfully awarded with grant and funding from multiples agencies including university, NGOs & Hong Kong government. From time to time, I also work with scientists and product designers to explore potential upcycling products and develop circular economy solutions for organizations from different industries.

HKOWRC is an organic waste recycling company focusing on foodwaste recycling, one of the hardest waste to recycle. The main operation is to convert foodwaste into animal feed and compost. HKOWRC also helps divert companies' waste generation by developing innovate recycle products using their own waste material. As an assistant technical manager, I supervise day to day recycling operation in accordance with the organization’s policies and Hong Kong environmental regulations. I also works with researchers from university to develop new methods for recover valuable chemicals from organic waste. I also works with companies and manufacturers from multiple sectors to come up with recycling solution.
