Lymphedema is a disease that affects approximately 1 in 5 caner patients. At Lumenostics we used technology from Georgia Tech to address the needs of Lymphedema sufferers.

•Awarded Tesla certificate of recognition for executing on projects to increase data driven visibility of production metrics•Pioneered the use of Experian Mosaic® Consumer segmentation to forecast Model X and S sales and option selection•Created a 95% service level process time metric to support process time benchmarking•Developed an algorithm to predict the completion date of a model variant and helped develop a dashboard to notify Production Control and Sales of cars that will miss their delivery date. •Supported Model X prototype build production control in preparation for Model X launch•Used production data to discover deviation from FIFO within the paint shop to support order scheduling improvement•Developed a new order scheduling methodology to reduce effects of plant capacity variation on delivery schedule
