Mr. Kam Pisal is the founder and chairman of Auto Investment Center (AIC). He brings with him almost 10 years of experience in Information technology. Besides, he is currently the National Consultant at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the president at Modernize Tech Insights and founder and chairman of YELLOWSOFT. His main responsibilities include planning strategy, making the overall operational plan, and setting the vision and tone for the company. Prior to joining AIC, Pisal was a project manager and consultant at local technology company, a lecturer at the University of Battambang, project master at Belgium company and head of IT at an international organization in Cambodia.His main expertise includes project management, system analysis and solution design, strategic planning, strategic marketing, software development, computer network infrastructure architecture, and cybersecurity. Pisal holds a master of IT Engineering at the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Bachelor of Information Technology and Minor Management at the University of Battambang. He was also an exchange student under the ERASMUS scholarship at the University Paulsabatier (France).
