Duties and Responsible- Set up staffs and ensuring the accurate and timely repayment of customers.- Review collection report by Call Desk, Field and Homeland staffs and freelance collection teams.- Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department and freelance team.- Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection.- Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoiding any fraud.- Take field visit to check the branches and staffs for their collection.- Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.- Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections to managements.- Prepare monthly, quarterly training procedural regarding debt collection.- Recruit and train the team for the work process and documentation.- A member of Executive Committee for monthly management meeting.

- Provide a professional consultant of Life Insurance.- Conduct sales activity to find new customers.- Approach potential customers from our bank partner in professional way.- Provide the right information of each life insurance product to our customers.- Follow up the client’s case applied, pending and issuance.- Policies recognize to customer.- Claim request and follow up when needed.

Main Responsibilities- Review and strictly examine lease documentation whether comply with the company’s internal credit policies and procedures.- Report the findings to credit assessment team to improve internal credit policies.- Report key issues of post-daily review of loan document screening to supervisor.- Review and contribute to internal credit policies, procedures updates to ensure all policies comply under with the NBC’s regulation and management’s guidance.- Review lease rejection and cancellation from the sales and credit teams analyze roof causes of lease rejection and cancellation, then report to sale management.- Conduct monthly, quarterly workflow process review and creating check list and questionnaire to identify inadequate lease processing and potential risks. - Recommend changes to credit-related operations to maintain effective operation.- Collaborate closely with the operation team and branch managers for quick action.- Conduct branches spot checks, ensure the credit policies and procedures complied.- Responsible for overall internal control management, customer complaint.- Work closely with internal audit team to identify and prevent potential risks.- Liaise with NBC and response to NBC request, report and meeting. Update the information, resolution, customer compliant and legislation from NBC.

Main Responsibilities Manage on Credit and Collection Unit. Lead and manage Sale and Marketing Team. Be a Member on Credit, Policies and Regulation Creation. As a Trainer on products, Policies, Procedures and Regulation. As assigned by Manager, CEO.Credit and Collection Management- Targeting on Disbursement and numbers of borrowers as the planned.- Implement on Portfolio At Risk.- COs duties, activities and office hours.- Follow up on customer’s repayment by Credit Officer, Loan Recovery Team.- Arrear, Overview and bad loan resolving problems.- Define the solution strategies and root cause of risk to officers to take action.- Customer home assessment and cash flow to evaluate the capacity for repayment.- Study on customer profile and loan history stabilities.- Analyze on customer CBC report and loan evaluation for approval or rejection.Marketing Management- Screen for customer point and potential area to expand the sale and branches.- Promotion event and leaflet along the customers’ resident.- Serve the customer by phone call or face to face.- Design leaflet, broacher and x-stander.Admin, Management Team- A member in policy, regulation and rule creation.- Prepare any official letter, documentation for the purpose solving with authority.- Announcement on white board. - Weekly and Monthly report announcement.- Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly on disbursement and portfolio planned.Trainer- Be a trainer for any new products, new format and policy for head office and all the branches staff.- Staff orientation with any new staff.
