With the efficiencies gained they were able to redeploy some of their team members to focus on other work while still meeting customer’s needs.• A web development team adopted the Agile scrum approach, but they weren’t seeing significant improvements. After coaching them on ways to foster better collaboration and increase transparency with their business partners, the combined team began providing regular demos, cleaned up the product backlog, and were soon delivering value at a significantly faster pace. • Managed a multi-year effort to roll out a more modern web content management system, including software selection, contract negotiation, and implementation. The biggest challenge was building trust between business and technology partners as interactions had historically been tense among leadership. After the rollout, teams were excited to explore the new technology and were able to accelerate delivery of new web content and features.
