Senior Group Quality, Sustainability And Continuous Improvement Manager
Current- Develops, standardizes and deploys in the organization all topics to create and publish the Group CSR report certified ISAE 3000,- Develops, standardizes and deploys the Quality system management Integreted QHSE,- Handle all standards in the organization ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO17025, ISO17034, ISO13485, Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) Code of pratice ‘’COP" and Chain of Custody ‘’CoC", LBMA Gold and silver Responsible, LPPM Good Delivery, LPPM responsible sourcing, Fairmined , Fairtrade and SBGA,- Defines and follows key indicators for operation control including internal and external Quality (P&L Impact)- Defines and standardizes the control system tools with Policy Deployment,- Manage lean transformation throughout the organization (VSA, flow cell, VSM, 5S, etc),- Manage continuous improvement with QRQC, DMAIC, MSI, VRK, FMEA , - In collaboration with the BU Group President, oversees the management actions related to the quality activity and global operation improvement (H,Q,C,D), implementation of associated action plans. Centralizes data,- Manage all sites Quality Managers throughout the organization
