Planning weekly production on lines accordingly to given plan. Ex-Manpower requirements line wise, Operator, Maintenance schedule, check RM/PM availability.  Send daily production report.Production Management System(PMS) & SAP entry.  Maintain line efficiency & yield of the products.  Carrying out transactions in SAP and RM/PM movement.  Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules  Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions and breakdowns  Implementation of spare parts management  Co-ordination with quality & utility  Maintain the production records  Ensuring efficient and safe running of all machinery / equipments  Ensure GMP guidelines to be followed throughout the plant.  Ensure personnel hygiene and good housekeeping  Develops plans, procedures, and activities to support business by continuously monitoring the Line Efficiency, Wastage & Breakdowns & planning for the improvements  To plan preventive maintenance and TPMS as per schedule for all machines and equipment Maintain the First-Aid Kit of the Plant
