- In this newly created role reporting to VP of Business Transformation define, build and execute an enterprise data and analytics strategy that drives a common set of data governance principles, processes, and tools to improve data quality, governance and availability and build the analytics strategy to derive value from that data foundation.- Build and lead a new team to act as value “force multiplier” by performing some master data governance centrally where it makes sense while enforcing principles of data quality and use of increasingly advanced analytics across the organization. In some cases the team is built by making the case to move certain resources from around the organization to this new central team as well as by justifying new headcount and recruiting and then coaching new external resources.- Implement modern data platform in Azure to power future data, AI and analytics use cases and begin migration to that platform from legacy data warehouse- Build justification and drive implementation of data quality (SAP Information Steward), central master data (Profisee) and data governance (Azure Purview) tools- Catalog use cases relevant to Rogers Corp. and use those to build business case for ongoing investment in data platform and supporting services- Rollout Power BI as enterprise tool and build power user community to gain maximum value and provide expertise in use across the organization- Work as part of global SAP S/4 HANA implementation to be sure the approach to data and application architecture aligns with enterprise strategy. Ensure disparate legacy reporting requirements carried out in Salesforce and other locations have been met in new data platform and Power BI- Work closely with Business Process Owners in each functional area including Global Trade, HR, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to create vision and begin execution within global data, BI and analytics strategy

- Transformed a legacy focused team to a modern one centered on building and driving an enterprise wide data strategy and related programs focused on business outcomes using new cloud data platform, data science thinking, master data management, data governance & stewardship, analytics, and IoT. ● Led team supporting production related systems across the USA Division including SCADA,gas measurement, production reporting, production accounting and the interfaces betweenthose systems. Also responsible for creation of five year road map for this functional area.● Acted as Technical Lead for high profile programs such as a production volume managementimplementation initiative (2.5 year ~ $12 million) which successfully replaced legacy gasmeasurement and production accounting systems with Enterprise Upstream and Flowcal.● Acted as IT Project Manager and Technical Lead for the Land and Revenue System project,which successfully implemented Quorum’s Land and Revenue systems to replace Excalibur.● Led the support team responsible for drilling and completion systems.● Working in a business analyst capacity directly with business clients to understand ways toincrease efficiency within the business functions of field control and data acquisition,measurement, production accounting and the interfaces to outside functional areas such asrevenue and reservoir engineering.
