Managed the operational process and productions for all in-house and external engineering productions for the AT&T Turf Program. Worked through contract negotiation with client and equipment purchase negotiation with vendors.Developed property management, asset-tracking database for the procurement, warehousing of equipment.Performed lease negotiations, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and engineering and construction duties. Managed all Federal Communications Commission (FCC) filings and records.Responsible for hiring and managing technicians in the specific area or discipline required to complete the deployment of the network. During this project I managed three Site Acquisition Companies and as many as 25 different construction companies in the Northern California, Northern Nevada and Pacific Northwest markets.
