Conduct material take-offs and manage procurement by issuing purchase orders for timely acquisition of materials.• Conduct field visits to verify dimensions and collect site data, ensuring compliance with project specifications.• Prepare and oversee the submission of transmittals and work orders to facilitate project progress.• Utilize Asana and Click Up to monitor project milestones and identify potential delays. Collaborate with project managers and site superintendents to align on timelines and enhance overall project efficiency.INNERGY ERP Implementation: Leading the implementation of the INNERGY ERP system to streamline project management and improve operational efficiency across custom millwork operations.• Workflow Optimization: Establishing workflows within INNERGY tailored to millwork processes, integrating key project phases for better visibility and control.• Training and Adoption: Assigning ERP tasks and coordinating internal training, ensuring team alignment with roles and driving system adoption.• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize the software implementation process, ensuring smooth rollout, user onboarding, and consistency across teams.• Cross-Functional Liaison: Acting as the primary liaison between the company and INNERGY’s onboarding team, ensuring smooth communication, resolving implementation challenges, and aligning system configurations with business requirements.• Performance Monitoring: Evaluating system performance across departments, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to optimize workflows and user experience.• Change Management: Leading the application of the Kotter Change Model to engage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
