Laptop repairs totaled above 3,000.Installed and supported various AV software for PCs including Norton and McAfee.Provided laptop and desktop support w/ Windows 2000 and XP workstations.Responsible for maintaining all service department property/inventory in a controlled excel document, as well as tracking and reporting employee progress in excel for the owner of the company.Created Ghost images to create greater efficiencies for the builds of these three “classes” of systems, high-end, mid range and low-end builds. This collection of Ghost images was based off the class, processor, and operating systems requested. Updated Ghost images with service packs/security updates for OS/Office packages.Designed, implemented and maintained networks for multiple commercial customers. Local/remote administration services were offered as the onsite technician. These networks would range from typical peer to peer setups to more complex networks for larger customers.
