* Assess, process, package & finalise loan applications.* Proactively maintain regular engagement & manage end to end client relations by providing information & key progress updates on the clients loan progress.* Liase & coordinate with various financial representatives including brokers & lenders to ensure applications transistion efficiently from submission through to settlement.* Collect & collate all documentation to ensure loan applications are submitted within time & ensure all files meet the satisfactory conditions for all compliance and regulatory standards.* Prioritise work loads in order to provide direct 1 on 1 support to the Principal mortgage broker by lodging pricing requests & valuations & preparing loan applications for submission within a timely fashion.

* Convert inquiries into active customers through scheduled teleconference appointments. * Provide information on product, program, health insurance coverage & out of pocket expenses.* Provide clients with medical consultation plans, scheduling appointments & transportation requirements in advance.* Maintain regular correspondence throughout the lifecycle with both clients & clinics to ensure successful patient rehabilitation & improve KPI outcomes for the company. * Proactively establish & implement methods to improve the customer journey by gathering & analizing statistical data to provide performance feedback to management, colleagues, clinics & other third party partners.

* Provide multi-channal customer support to create an exceptional customer experience for all new enquiries & existing customers. * Provide customers with support, advising on purchases, orders, deliveries & accounts. * Coordinate regularly with colleagues & management to ensure smooth daily operations that uphold company standards & maintain customer loyalty & satisfaction.

* Build & maintain client rapport by fostering trust, to obtain & integrate customer personal testimony with financial record to create a detailed fact-based timeline of events that highlight clear & proven instances of fraud.* Provide paralegal advise on client claims & updates on case progress.* Liaise, mediate & negotiate with online platform providers, payment gateway facilitators, financial institutes & various banking departments to track, trace, locate & recover funds obtained through illegal & fraudulent activities in order to ensure successful dispute resolutions.

* Provide platform education, support & account information via telephone, live chat & email.*Follow and adhere to all compliance procedures and protocols.* Collate & verify client identification & documentation to ensure clients uphold all compliance & regulatory procedures.* Assist & train new colleagues to adhere to all compliance & industry specific regulations, providing hands on education for independent back end operations, including; working knowledge of CRM functions, platform process & payment procedures used across the New Place media brands.
