On time booking of press releases, AGM requirements, Financial Statements, Corporate advertisements (local, regional and international) and other departments' requests. Ensure that suppliers are paid for services rendered.Graphic design of internal advertisements, programmes, invitations etc ensuring delivery of accurate and relevant information to employees on all internal events.Assist with the writing, editing and proof reading of corporate messages, advertisements, newsletters, notices, publications etc.Environmental scanning. Collect and catalog industry related information from dailies, weeklies and regular publications.Distribution of internal notices to all employees, including notices from other departments\division heads.
