I am leading aerospace component manufacturing project. by handling Integration, Scope, Time, Quality, Communication, Risk, and Procurement Management with the support of the team. I am defining Quality documents, procedures and instructions and analyzing Quality Assurance. I am conducting training program to train personnel. I am regularly communicating with Clients to smoothly move forward with the project. I work with the production team to define, analyze, manage and control manufacturing processes.I am also supporting another project to conduct R&D and design to perform additive manufacturing to build components of wing internal structure.

• Fulfill the role of Project Manager of the e-Endurance VTOL UAV program under the CTO• Assist in defining, manufacturing, and production of Advanced Composite components for e-EnV• Lead the acceptance and integration of the e-EnV with a Hybrid-electric Propulsion System

• Fabricate the jet fuel injectors for the P&WC engines with CNC lathe and milling operations• Measure precision of the parts fabricated with CMM operations accurately• Understanding and supporting the concepts/operations of various manufacturing production processes

• Validated and documented the Flight Display System Interface• Enhanced performance of flight display system interface by implementing air-probes technology• Defined and prepared a brief report for data paths for transferring signals of Alerting and Warning system from Integrated Avionics Unit to Primary Flight Display screen of Genjet GLJ-3X1 (Micro-jet)

• Led the technical team to design and fabricated airplane to carry a payload of 10 kg under prescribed configurations• Estimated and verified total drag, drag polar equation, and lift-to-drag ratio• Selected the motor and rotor based on calculations• Calculated and verified take-off and landing distance• Concluded the dimensions of wing and empennage using calculations

I successfully organized workshops on “Water Pressurized Rocket” and “Remote Control Aircraft” as the Technical Head of the Aero Club Student Chapter (2017, 2018). Where I delivered the session by briefly explaining the engineering concepts and gave detailed instructions to construct the models. I supervised the Q&A and quiz sessions and conducted a testing session of the models built.AeroClub is the official aerospace society of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies which organizes events for partner students involving designing, software analysis, and many more.
