As Principal engineer in the cross functional geographically distributed Mobile Application Framework (MAF) team, I contributed to development of a platform agnostic mobile application development framework. Non-technical duties included bug triaging with management, and updating JIRA. Also served as technical mentor for two junior engineers.Primary engineer responsible for the following projects:• Design and Development of Local Notifications feature • Integration with Cordova 3.x (with focus on Android).• Design and Development of Eventing mechanism.• Design and Development of Custom URL Scheme feature in MAF 2.0.• Design and Development of Push Notification support with APNs and GCM.• Design and Development of Badging API.
