Current1) Compliance with law, norms and standards of Health Safety & Environment. 2) Good Knowledge about Statutory Requirements of Factory Act 1948, Bihar Factory Rules 1950, Maharashtra Factory Rules 1963, PCB Rules, Hazardous Wastes Management Rules 2003, Workman Compensation & other Act/Rules Related to Factory.3) Carrying Job Safety Analysis, Risk Analysis.4) Daily Safety Inspection at job sites.5) Conducting Tool Box Meeting for day to day activities.6) To coordinate and motivate the safety educational and training program among workers.7) To identify hazardous task and process as well as hazardous zones in the work place with suitable demarcation of such zones.8) To ensure that personal protective equipment’s are in working condition and being used by workers in hazardous situation.9) Preparation of Monthly Safety Report, Including Frequency Rate, Severity Rate.10) To arrange mock drills to check and evaluate the performance of the emergency team from time to time in addition to fire protection and surveys.And many other activity which is related to EHS & OHSAS System
