Key Responsibilities –Executive –HR & Admin. HR Functions:· Attendance and leave management· Calculation and distribution of salary, wages, incentives, bonus, Gratuity and full and final settlement· Issuing letter of intent, appointment, promotion & confirmation letter· Arranging & conducting Interviews. · Records maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality· New joining formalities, Induction Training, maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.· Arrangement of contractual workers· Handling time office & Payroll functionWelfare Functions:· Conducting various welfare activities· Implementing labour welfare measures· Counselling· Advising management on welfare activities· Enforcement of security measures· Handling employee grievance and queries related to HR & Welfare· Health & Safety ManagementAdministrative Functions:· Ensuring safety in the factory and office premises and providing First Aid· Managing fire safety devices· Training employees on fire fighting and organising mock drill for the same· Handling guests and vendors· Ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of communication systems· Maintenance of building, furniture and fixtures· Ensuring proper housekeeping, Canteen
