KaizIQ is a WhatsApp-Enabled Collaboration and Task Management tool designed for new age businesses and industry leaders.It helps businesses to easily plan and delegate tasks, manage timelines, bring teams together and monitor progress with alerts, dashboards and reports. Businesses can effortlessly manage and track the status of all tasks and employees with our user-friendly platform and AI-powered WhatsApp BOT. Trained and experienced as a communications specialist, I bring my creativity, networking, and marketing skills on the table.

Indo-Global Social Service Society (IGSSS) is a non-profit organization. Established in 1960, IGSSS works for development, capacity building and enlightenment of the vulnerable communities across India for their effective participation in development. IGSSS works in 639 villages, 73 districts and 25 states and 2 union territories of India.I worked with the programme team at the Head Office based out of Delhi. I supported the Head of Programmes in designing and ensuring effective implementation of different thematic programmes. The role required me to be in touch with regional project teams and support them by bringing them together for regular learning, reflection, and planning and course correction. My position had some priority responsibilities but it allowed me to be creative, experiment and jump into teams for specific tasks as per the need. During my term, I majorly supported the projects of gender, youth and livelihood development. My work purview included donor reporting, proposal development, supervising gender projects, capacity enhancement of teams and support Head of Programmes in standardizing programme procedures and guidelines. I also took lead in organising different social media gender campaigns, designing and developing content and tools for maximising impact. While working in IGSSS, I also had the opportunity to attend workshops on psychosocial caregiving practices during Disasters, POSH in the workplace, effective facilitation and planning for team meetups and workshops. I also got the opportunity to travel to diverse, remote and excessively marginalized communities in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Kashmir, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh. My field experience helped me in enhancing my community mobilization and planning skills, made me more aware of grassroots realities which helped me in developing more community-friendly proposals and programme strategies with a people-first approach.

I supported the skill development initiative of VSO to economically and socially empower women from urban slums of 5 states of India- Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Odisha. My work purview included - programme management, partnership management, human resource management, knowledge management, networking, volunteer management, research and concept writing. I was also enthusiastically involved with the team for keeping active volunteer engagement group and facilitating training and workshops.

I was appointed by VSO to develop a strategic understanding of social accountability and its scenario in India. I was responsible for conducting exploratory research to understand various social accountability tools used in India. I investigated the success and failure of these tools. By the end of my term, I formulated a draft for VSO's social accountability signature package( strategy paper) for VSO to review. Proposing future interventions and areas where there is a dire need for improvement for bridging the gap between government and communities.In my journey of 6 months, I had a chance of meeting different organisations working on social accountability, to read different researches and reports conducted on social accountability and, the opportunity to voice my opinions in different consultations on social issues from a social accountability lens. VSO promotes social inclusion and gender equality and with my time of working here, I got the chance to deepen my understanding on these approaches and reflect on my own behaviour, which made me a strong propagator and believer of social inclusion and gender in both professional and social spaces.
