Job Responsibility : Process control by DCS, Direct & control the field activities, supervising and leading field team, coordinating with other departments (viz. Mechanical, Electrical,Instrument.) executing operations, plan, ensure manpower availability, maintenance activities,assessing root cause and remedies. • Monitoring of automated production process through Distribution Control System andprepare daily production report and reporting to Production Manager. • Drawing production plans and effectively utilizing manpower, machines and materialresources to optimize operational efficiency. Providing quick breakdown solutions duringthe shift with zero production loss. • Implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance technique to minimizeequipment downtime and enhance overall productivity. • Training to various operators in the plant to bring the awareness of multiskilling. • Maintaining safety and environmental aspect in the work area.
