Venmo: Led teams for all of the onboarding, activation, retention, and, core experience (search) efforts for Venmo consumer app. Product lead for buy and sell crypto on Venmo. PayPal: Led efforts for checkout with crypto project at PayPal.

-Growth - Focussed on improving app user retention by personalizing push notifications and e-mails. Leveraged machine learning and AI to improve user engagement. -Launched geolocation-based push notifications & personalization for users.-SEO/SEM - User acquisition and web traffic growth via the desktop site and mobile site.-Online to offline attribution-Data Infra Products. Built the first unified AB testing platform (Bunsen) from the ground up. Presented product development efforts to various stakeholders including the CEO, SVPs on a biweekly basis. Bunsen is still used in the company to run a/b tests at Yelp.

Worked on data platform, partnership management with several Twitter/GNIP data api customers. Also developed several machine learning and statistical tools for the data and infrastructure teams.Data Platform:Developing libraries using machine learning and stats to detect multivariate anomalies and mean shifts in time series using Scala & R. Previously also worked with BD/product team on partnerships of various Twitter data apis with several large tech and media companies. In terms of data api partnerships I worked with several companies like Nielsen, Kantar (UK) and VR (Japan) for various enterprise data products of Twitter.Capacity & Performance Engineering:•Implemented change-point & binary mean shift detection algorithm using univariate time series data to detect surges and mean shifts (anomalies & breakout) in several system level and application level metrics using R•Designed and developed a module to detect multiple mean shifts in time series data using binary segmentation algorithm, gathered data for testing and deploying the above algorithm using PIG•Experimented with several different time series analysis techniques to predict and smooth time series. In particular, Holt-Winters, rolling median, exponential moving average, ARIMA•Developed a framework to benchmark MySQL-Twitter performance for MySQL server based services.
