Objective of the project is to establish the environment management framework to cover integrated test environments for approximate 60 systems and applications under Group Payments Management. Project entails implementation of integrated management portal, virtualization capability and implementation of automation tools. Toolsets used are like ENOV8, Delphix, Urban Code Deploy & Splunk. Splunk deals with the machine data and is being extended to production environment for strategic projects owing to its unique capability to triage the defects. Other tools are in the realms of devops automation. As delivery manager, I am accountable for the delivery of the AUD 8M+ project and ensuring the realization of the proposed benefits.

The Payments Application Consolidation (PAC) program is initiated to streamline and simplify the current Payments and Cash applications offered to the Transaction Banking customers globally. This is AUD 23M+ programme comprising of 110+ resources, 2 major releases stretched over 1.5 year time frame for implementation in China. I am accountable for establishing the governance controls to ensure the technology delivery and responsible for Cost, Schedule, Quality, Reporting & Internal compliance.

Transactive Cash Asia is the key programme at ANZ with an objective to rollout cash & liquidity management system across 8 countries. This was AUD 32M+ green field programme comprising of 170+ resources, 10 major releases spanning over 5 years. I was accountable for the Quality Assurance, Change Management, Phase Gate Reviews, Audit, Service Desk Implementation & supporting continuous improvements across all 170+ resources. I was instrumental in establishing a strong governance structure leading to successful accomplishment of all 10 major releases.
