He was appointed as CHRO in 2005 and has since been part of the team that took the company private (as a spin-off from GE), with 2 majority PE investors (General Atlantic partners and Oakhill), then public on the NYSE in 2007, and worked closely with Bain Capital when they invested in 2012. Through this journey, he has worked closely with Genpact’s Board and Compensation Committee on talent, leadership succession, and executive compensation-related matters.He has been part of the NASSCOM (the leading association of technology players in India) executive council and is also a commissioner on the global certification council of the Society for Human Resource Management.
