I began my career as a partner in an IT Training academy at the remarkably young age of 20, founded a software development and digital agency for a decade, and later led an offshore development centre for a Dublin-based Tech company for another five years. Currently, at Axelerant, I drive business development and revenue growth through strategic partnerships with digital and creative agencies in the US, UK, and Asia Pacific. Our core focus lies in offering various digital experience services, weaving together strategy, design, engineering, and marketing. Our customers include the likes of Red Hat, the United Nations, the University of East London and partners like Acquia, Blue State ( A WPP agency), VCCP and many more.Within the Drupal Community, I'm an active volunteer, contributing as a track chair, jury member, and speaker at various Drupalcons and Camps for over a decade. As one of the Founding Board Members of the Drupal Association of India, I'm dedicated to establishing and growing the adoption of Open Source Drupal in India.I host agency leader roundtables globally, fostering collaboration and innovation among industry peers.
