I work closely with our CTO, CEO, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to ensure that AllGoVision is delivering overall superior service and support to our customers.• Support, Configuration, Maintenance & Integration of VCA with other VMS and CCTV Surveillance Software and Hardware.• Evaluate, monitor, and enhance IT infrastructure with an emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, security, data confidentiality, and system integrity.• Software Testing, Features Testing.• Involve in Smart city project line and do On-Site POC as per the client requirements.• To do start providing solutions for smart cities, project commissioning, On-Site testing, Project installation with different VMS and CCC integration, project handover as per the tender requirements. • Strong experience in VMS software’s Milestone, Cisco, Axis Communication, Genetec, Indigo vision, Tyco, Vivotek, Trinity, Honeywell.• Well experience to do demos at On-site/Remote access for product marketing and client’s requirements.• Spearheading remote support to the clients, Debugging, and program bug.• Assisting AllGo vision Development team with testing and creation of new software.• Project commissioning, Tender completion, Online/onsite Demo-Project Setup.• Actively coordinating with Software team for understanding/notifying/updating of any stable or unstable functionality, missing features, and improvements over new features/Functionality.• Pre-sales and post-sales activities through marketing communication.
