I am responsible for overlooking and resolving all of the tickets in our ticket system to assist all 5 dealerships under management. I have resolved tickets that include creating new users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and relocating hardware to the appropriate store. I have also been involved in many projects that I worked on with my Manager and on my own. Those of which include:- Assisted in implementing a new phone system at all of the stores. - Utilized Solid State Drive's to refurbish hardware in all departments. - Upgraded Service PC's to an all in one PC with a second monitor.- Upgraded Parts PC's to mini-desktops with a triple monitor setup.

During my time as a Lifeguard I continuously surveyed pool areas of 15+ swimmers ages birth-18+ and enforced policies and procedures to ensure safety. I also Maintained annual Red Cross Advanced Lifesaving Certificate, CPR Certification, First Aid, Oxygen, and passed advanced swimming test.

As Standards Chairman I made sure we kept up with what was expected of our chapter from Nationals. I also played a checks and balances role to make sure no other position was abusing their powers or stepping into another positions jurisdiction.
