Working within Morningstar Investment Management, I was responsible for growing the multi-asset investment business with Financial Advisers around the country. This involved partnering with Advice firms and helping them implement Morningstar's investment approach, communicate better with their clients and streamline their investment process.

I was responsible for developing Advice, preparing client reviews, ongoing investment research and making sure we complied with our ongoing service requirements.

I worked with Financial Advisers to integrate their businesses with the BT Panorama and BT Wrap platform. I was involved in managing the initial on-boarding of Advice businesses, training Advisers and their staff, as well as managing asset transfers onto the platform.

As the Coach, I was responsible for training and developing 40 Customer Relations Consultants on the Asgard Platform. My coaching focused on customer experience, sales and compliance, ensuring that our consultants had a consistent, positive approach to their conversations, while being aware of the compliance framework (general advice, security and privacy).
