Interwaste Holdings through its subsidiary Interwaste (pty) ltd is part of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI) and the Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA).

EH Energy Efficient Appliances is part of the Metal, Engineering and Industrial Bargaining Council (MEIBC) and Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services SETA (MERSETA), while EH Electric Blankets is part of the National Textile Bargaining Council (NTBC).
