Performed CIO/CTO functions for a new Anthem subsidiary formed to bid for the TriCare healthcare contract, one of the U.S. Defense Department's largest military contracts. Established the entire IT solution within the $25 million allocated budget. Identified and acquired the data center to meet strict federal security and privacy requirements.
