Responsible for the development and implementation of the Ag Productivity IT Strategy including software solutions, infrastructure solutions, data and analytics. Serve as a member of the global Ag Productivity R&D and Commercial Leadership Teams as well as a member of the R&D IT Leadership Team to represent all of the IT functions that contribute to the Ag Productivity solutions including biologicals and synthetic chemistry. Collaborate with Chemistry R&D leaders and users to drive R&D process improvement including automation and analytics and provide oversight over the implementation of IT strategy to ensure deliverables that generate business value.

Lead a Product Delivery Team focused on launching Monsanto's R&D IT software solutions for its Chemistry and Biotech Pipeline. Collaborate with researchers to provide innovative IT solutions that further enable the R&D pipeline.Lead the strategic creation of the new BioAg Alliance Field Testing Pipeline in partnership with externals partners.

Manage the Grower Operations Product Support Team, focused on supporting Monsanto's R&D IT software applications. Train, organize, and develop an international team to deliever a 24/7 support model. Coordinate with Product Delivery and Agile Scrum teams to run regressions and analyze support reduction trends. Develop a new support model for Big Data and Mobile applications.Coordinate the delivery and support of a new universal reference data model. Lead a SWAT team to ensure compatability of all R&D IT software applications with the new data model.

Responsible for deploying and supporting enterprise-level software systems developed by TPS for R&D. Responsibilities include software deployment, training, user adoption, user support, troubleshooting, issue tracking and software documentation. The Support Specialist has liaison responsibilities with each application's software project team.
