Managed workflow of four teams providing compliance monitoring support for the FHA and VA Home Preservation groups, improving operational performance through increased efficiency for underwriting submissions, one-touch files, and completed treatments. Effectively reduced loss mitigation decisions from forty days plus to less than 25 days, decreasing material losses to Wells Fargo and the Investor, while still ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Evaluated and resolved compliance issues and concerns within the organization, ensuring that management and employees complied with governmental regulations, company policies and procedures, and that personnel behavior met with established Standards of Conduct. Managed teams of 10 or more staff as needed. Conducted continuing education classes for large groups of employees focusing on updates in processes and procedures.
