As a Regional Training Manager, I focus my efforts on consultation with our Range and Retail Partners to develop robust and foundational training operations. Using the USCCA's flagship curriculum (Concealed Carry and Home Defense) as well as sub- and advanced curricula, we improve the efficacy, profitability and professionalism while maintaining best-in-class National Training Organization standards. Additionally, our innovative 'Protector Academy' is the gold-standard in online self-defense training and gives our members an opportunity to train at home and be more effective and efficient when going to the range or training facility.

As a student and Master Instructor in traditional martial arts, I have developed outstanding skills in building immediate rapport and relationship with people. The discipline, focus, energy and drive required to excel in martial arts has served me well in my career. I have numerous national championships to my name, have held leadership roles in the World Moo Duk Kwan organization as US representative, Chairman of the Technical Advisory Committee and am an appointed Board member to the 501-c4 non-profit Federation.I also have traveled extensively internationally as an instructor, and conducted Master Level testing and clinics for thousands of students. I embrace technology in my programs, and am an accomplished user of Dartfish video analysis for feedback and improvement. All of these experiences have forged who I am and how I conduct myself.
