Current● Led tours for groups of varying sizes, including private tours, through California, Utah, Arizona, andWyoming.● Responsible for overseeing the quality of the entire program and ensuring travelers have a memorable andexceptional experience. Start with understanding each travel group and each individual.● Host Welcome meeting and Daily briefing, Program schedule and updates (When, Where, What, Why).● Destinations: Los Angeles, California Coast, Monterey, San Francisco, Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon,Mono Lake, Bodie, Death Valley, Las Vegas, Zion, Kanab, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Arches,Canyonland, Needles, Monument Valley, Mesa Verde, Page, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Route 66,Salt Lake City, Jackson, Grand Teton, Yellowstone. Deep knowledge of U.S. national parks.● Plan daily visits/hikes accordingly to guest level/interest and weather condition.● Handled unexpected travel disruptions such as weather changes, road closures, or cancellations by quicklyadapting itineraries and ensuring alternative activities to maintain guest satisfaction.● Effectively resolved guest concerns, such as last-minute accommodation or meal preferences, bycoordinating with vendors and adjusting arrangements without impacting the overall tour experience.● Share the rich cultural history, unique ecosystems, Nature, geological formations, and whenever possibleconnect with locals. Show/Explain other earth beauties like Earth Shadow or Virga amongst others.● Daily contact vendors for booking and/or confirming activities and Restaurants/Hotels reservations.● Advocate and Apply “Leave No Trace” principles.● Drive SUV or 14 seat van (when no driver available).● When camping Set up camp and organize tasks, menu preparation.● Enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized travel experiences. Ask and listen to their feedback.● Complete Tour Report after the trip to the respective operation office.
