Responsible for a wide variety of projects including retail development, education, and health care buildings. Worked on all phases of projects including design development, construction documents, and construction management. Responsible for producing and editing construction documents (drawings and specifications), coordinating work from consultants, setting and maintaining project schedule, reviewing shop drawings, cost estimating, selecting material finishes and colors, and working directly with clients and contractors.
