As a Field Software Engineer at Canonical, the founders of Ubuntu, I work with a global team of engineers and consultants to design, deploy, and support open source solutions for various clients. I have successfully delivered projects involving cloud computing, automation, and security, using technologies such as OpenStack, Terraform, and Kubernetes.I have a strong passion for innovation and learning, which motivated me to pursue a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth, where I graduated in 2019. During my studies, I gained valuable skills in systems design, software development, and data analysis, as well as multiple certifications, such as Confluent Certified Developer for Apache Kafka. I also completed a one-year placement as a Software Developer at Smoothwall, where I developed and tested web filtering and firewall software for schools and businesses.
