- Succesfully built and headed wholesale operations department for Varova Fashion's Shared Service Centre (SSC).- Merged teams of 7 Dutch wholesale fashion brands into a single SSC, including the departments Customer Service, IT, Sales Support, Warehousing and Logistics/Transport. Includes offices in 7 countries. - Developed and launched b2b sales app and b2b reorder webshop, implemented SAP for all 14 affiliated fashion brands including 200+ retail stores.
