Operating from both Newcastle and WBP’s Sydney office, I oversee residential valuations in NSW & ACT managing, supporting and developing the residential team to provide valuations within required timeframes and to quality standard, in line with business strategy and objectives.

AGS Property merged with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in October 2008, with Peter initially assigned to the role of Newcastle Director. In his initial 18 months with the company, Peter excelled in his local role and was instrumental in the oversight, co-ordination and successful delivery of the Housing NSW valuations & consultancy contract in the Hunter Region under the Federal Government Stimulus. In June 2010, he was appointed to the new role of Director - Residential Valuations NSW and since this time has expanded the professional team from 24 to 66 valuers in 18 months. In early 2012 he was assigned the additional responsibility of managing the ACT team. In recognition of his service to the company he was selected to the Circle of Excellence in Tokyo as the Business Line Leaders choice in 2012 and in 2013 was promoted to Senior Director and awarded the NSW Managing directors award for Professional of the Year. As at June 2016 his team now totals 114 valuers.

Major projects completed by Peter include portfolio valuations and consultancy services for St George Bank, BHP Billiton, Department of Housing, Salvation Army Employment Plus and Hymix, throughout the Newcastle/Hunter and Central Coast regions. Portfolio projects across New South Wales have been successfully completed on behalf of Australia Post, National Parks and TransGrid. Internationally, he has undertaken valuations through Asia and the Pacific region for the Australian Government, British Government, Australian Defence Force and Coca Cola.
