The role not only encompassed the day to day management of the team, ensuring that goals where met including KPI and Budgets but required knowledge transfer of key skills. Lead Coordinator on major accounts and responsible for resolving issues with client complaints. Agnew Higgins & Pickering – Senior Onshore Property Technician (London)The role encompassed the coordination of complex accounts and developing the US mining book of business with one of the Brokers. Marketing accounts into Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East. Working closely with the company’s Bermuda Office including some audit work. Achievements - Coordinating and producing the full contract prior to inception on a new mining account to the company which was successfully tested in a court of law and produced the desired result for the Insured (claim paid of USD75m plus USD75m on punitive damages) - Coordinating a large twenty six policy reinsurance property program for a multi insured Ecuadorian Power Generation company with Government Ownership

The role encompassed the broking of property risks with values less than USD1bn in value to the market. Later migrated into the e-Technology team which was concerned with the advent of electronic trading within the Insurance Market Place. Achievements - Successfully implemented a PSA (Placement Service Agreement) tracking system which enabled the company to identify and obtain additional revenue for the company- Without any formal training, took on the task of building an Intranet site for the department, designed and monitored content. With a successful launch within my area, I was tasked with designing, building and training other departments. My remit was further extended to include the offices in Paris, Frankfurt and Zurich.

The role encompassed the underwriting of the North American Property Book with authority of USD25m any one risk with the additional authority of USD25m surplus treaty on high XOL layers. Achievements - Gross Loss Ratio of 40%
