Reporting to the Global Head of Process Support responsible for managing the production SAP processes for all the manufacturing units on the Bradford site. Responsible for logistics execution of raw material movements for production. Master Data and Gatekeeper for Master recipes and bill of materials. Coordinator of Physical Inventory processes to ensure accurate stock counting for financial reporting compliance. Reporting to Head of Process Support, responsible for 10 targeted quality improvement projects aimed at improving FTPR (First Time Pass Rates), or process stability in the Powder production. Further responsibility for the management of off specification product and investigation of production related customer complaints.

Reporting to Head of Technical Support for the Bradford site. Responsible for managing all areas of technical support for two key processes (80k Tonnes/annum) through two departments . One group focused on medium term improvement projects for existing product (process stabilisation, quality and throughput), and Plant scale up of new products and alternative raw material introductions. The second group focused on the quality management system both in-process, post manufacture inspection and short term troubleshooting of processes. This consisted of five teams, four shifts responsible for in-process testing and plant technical support, with a day team covering the general quality control testing and analytical analysis.
