Install and configure the Virtual Merchant machine to accept debit and credit cards. Tested to requirements that Emails were encrypted for sending 1040 taxes to clients. Transmit taxes and resolve rejections with IRS. Documented Test Plan and performed UAT on procedures. Maintain all tax hardware (credit card readers, W2 scanners, Topaz signature readers, printers and fax machines). Use the Internet for tax updates, to find where is your taxes, and software updates to applications. Configure routers and PCs for peer to peer sharing of network drives, to store tax data on one pc for easy backups.
