This solution targets wireless service providers who want to control costs and position themselves to generate new revenues from mobile broadband.In this role I was responsible for supply planning in the all aspects of the CMDS Solution readiness/Product Life Cycle:► Managed Overall Product Introduction including Release Management, Validation Testing per Release as well as Customer Trials and first office applications.► Developed an overall CMDS Business Case Tool tied to Revenue Forecast ► Created / Managed R&D and Capital Expense budget ► Lead the Solution Marketing effort: Product Branding, Development of overall messaging, Development of unique solution graphics in line with overall messaging. Green Energy, and applying green approaches to the telecom industry is still a strong interest for me. In this role my responsibilities were to lead the Sustainable Power Solution, which included:► Lead a team of Business and Technical Professionals► Managed our Award Wining Data Center Cooling product offer from conception through design, development, test, compliance and agency listing, industrialization, marketing, and selling/production ramp. ► Trained Business Development Leads, Sales Engineers, and Sales teams Globally ► Presented the solution directly to Service Provider customers, and lead many direct sales meetings► Author of White papers on Cooling and Telecom Power strategies. Presented Green concepts in Telecom and Data Center power management at trade shows, symposiums and industry events. Network Build and Implementation Solution Manager. In this position I was responsible for development and marketing the Network Build and Implementation (NBI) solutions: Site Implementation, Outside Plant, Network/Sustainable Power, AMDF and Site Decommissioning. Responsibilities included: ► Leading a team of 6 Telecommunication Professionals (Solution Managers and Market Managers)► Developing Solution collateral (Customer Documents, Executive Briefs, Solution Description)► Developing Solution Training Material, and training of Global Account teams and Business Development teams► Developing Tendering tools and training Global Tendering teams Service Readiness and Global delivery capabilities ► Managing the Product Life Cycle (PLC) process for new and refreshed solutions► Developing the Sustainable Power offer to address the need for power conservation by Telecom Service Providers.
