As a change practitioner, I have orchestrated multiple organisational-wide shifts by engaging key stakeholders to align structures, build communities, reduce barriers and generate desire to change. These include a variety of change projects ranging from Digitalisation/AI, Competencies-Based HR, Corporate Prioritisation (with a dialogic angle), Organisational Values and Culture, Collaboration, Innovation and Well-Being.To me, change is a combination of art and science - the 'Yin & Yang' must align for change to truly happen . The art part looks at the human aspect of change, things like emotions, reactions, how different people react differently to change (even positive ones!), and how to generate the desire (or 'hype' as I call it) for individuals to take ownership of the change themselves.
