• Manage Reconciliation of all Nostro accounts held by the private bank for various currencies.• Currently using Advent Applications (APX – Advent portfolio exchange, Data Exchange, Dataport, Import Export Utility)• Receive, download and Perform Reconciliation of monthly manual account through statements received from custodian banks correspondents for cash and assets. (Manual Recon)• Perform daily Reconciliation with the help of ACD (Advent Custodial data) feeds.• Investigate reasons for breaks and differences in our side and the counterparty side and provide proper resolution.• Escalated the Outstanding breaks to Client service team via Email or E-tool and Keep track of the same and resolve the breaks as per resolution provided by Client service team.• Assign breaks to the concerned middle office and core operations, discuss and provide explanations for breaks identified.• Process all transaction into the system to match the custodian account. (Buy, Sale, Free delivery, Free receipt, Dividends with Accruals, Interest, Maturities and Calls, Deposits & Withdrawals)• Set Up new Security and their pricing into APX through Bloomberg. (Basic Inf, Identifiers, Ratings, Industry group and Sector)• Update all FX rate into system via FX Rate Scrip or by Bloomberg.• Ensure all trade settlement is done as per SOP’s if not then Escalated the trade to client service team via E-tool.• Verify & process Corporate Actions. (Stock Split, Stock Dividend)• Coding of transaction as per comments and verify the posting in system.• Track of all the market deadlines to ensure the FX/Cash settles on time and on the settlement date.• Prepare reports of the reconciliation of mutual fund assets based on the comparison between the two books.• Meeting deadlines and executing client instructions on timely manner.
