Over the course of my career I've seen that the best strategy is based on insightful analysis. The best analysis is based on sound processes. The best processes are based on target projects to establish those processes. I have been fortunate enough to be involved in all phases of this cycle. From an an analysis perspective I have helped global organizations build budgets, forecasts, financial models then reviewed the variances, KPIs, profitability, and other metrics to tell the story of the business, identify trends, determine areas for growth, and find areas to control costs. Working in multiple locations, multiple departments has shown me how the specific influences the big picture. From a process perspective, I have built teams of diverse professionals to create accurate, meaningful, and repeatable reports and information. I have helped organizations leverage the latest in industry best in class technology to control security, expedite timeliness and minimize errors. My teams have transitioning from older processes to automation have been able to spend more time analyzing and working on projects to drive change.Change is not possible without effective Project management. Whether it is implementing new systems, reacting to new regulatory requirements, the impact of a global pandemic, or a reorganization of the business change is inevitable, through both academic studies and hands-on experience, I learned and led the project lifecycle from start to finish, seeing what works and what doesn't along the way. I'm not scared to take risks, make mistakes and learn from them. All of these skills make me excited to go to work each day. The challenge and variety requires me to be adaptable, flexible, an understanding partner, but most of all to continue to grow.
