• Directing communications to and from sales, operations, and office, and to and from Messing and clients• Reception of walk-in clients and vendors and answering/returning phone calls, emails, and other inquiries and providing excellent customer service• New and existing customer intake for service work and sold jobs (Sales to Production handoff)• Scheduling Sales Team members for onsite consultations with clients• CRM, QuickBooks, Service Management Software, paper filing system, digital file system• Work with Operations team to update job schedule board and be aware of what work is being produced• Use job schedule board, QuickBooks aging reports, and collections procedures to request payments from customers, making sure Messing is being paid in full and on time• Recognize completion of jobs or the completion of phases of jobs in QuickBooks by creating and transmitting invoices

• Recruiting & Routing – outbound calling on multi-line phone system• Research• Data entry - denoting CRM• Distributing live prospects across Staffing Specialists who schedule intake meetings at the Manpower office to fill open positions for their business clients across various industries.
