Accomplishments in this role: • Completed upgrade of 21years old Allen Bradley systems in Mining automation to a newer version of GE systems with over 3000 I/O in each Phase, successfully leading my team of engineers and technicians through planning, designing, installation, networking, and finally SAT. This upgrade added 17% of yield due to increased efficiency in the extraction of the final product with a high monthly turnover. • Programmed a custom Logic and User Interface to replace $6000 worth of software which adjusts and controls the output based on input.• Converted 7000+ Rungs program of Allen Bradley to GE functional blocks, understanding the whole process in a short span, and produced a fully functional and space-efficient program with custom features.• Successfully refurbished an old SCADA which had 140+ screens with new appearance and options, challenging part is that, old SCADA has clueless tags, alarms, and action scripts.• All commissioning activity was completed before the deadline.
