Implemented strategy and optimized structure to improve consistency of execution and ensure performance is sustained. Improved call center ranking from perennial fourth quartile unit to top 3 unit in the company. Quality results improved from 83% to 93% in only one quarter, which have since been maintained. Reduced average call handle time from 540 to 490 seconds, and total time per claim by 10%.

As the Process Improvement Manager, I was responsible for project selection, project prioritization, stakeholder management and ensuring all project deadlines were met timely. In addition, I was responsible for regularly communicating the status of each project to all stakeholders from line managers up to the senior officer group, including the CIO, COO and CEO.
